Excellent Service is one of the key elements to having a successful event. You can have fantastic food and beautiful presentation, however, if your staff is not professional and trained your event could be jeopardized. All of our staff has had several years of schooling or onsite training. Each and every one of our staff have their own role to make the entire event come together. They know their jobs extremely well and they are well groomed and professional.
Cost
After thousands of clients, we have discovered each and every client has a different budget. We decided a long time ago that offering only event packages was not enough. We also custom design quotes to meet your personal needs and budgets. One of our missions is to give all of our clients the opportunity to have a great event.
Food
Our Chefs and Staff are from all over the world, we are trained in cuisine from most Asian, European, Latin, Mediterranean, All American, California and Foods from India. We can design Simple Cocktail Parties, Gala Events as well as Full Fine Dining Sit-Down Plated Dinners, Family Style Service, French Style Service, Food stations, Food buffets, Large BBQ’S, and Luau’s.

Each and every event with St. John Event Production is designed to meet your own individual style, no matter if your celebration is a themed event or designed especially for your tastes, you and your guests are going to love it. We have a huge warehouse of the most gorgeous, platters, serving pieces, center pieces, vases and decorative pieces for you to choose from.

Reviews St. John Event Production made The Big Rumble Kickoff a huge hit! Everyone who was at the City Hall event was raving about how great the food and display was...even a few days later.
For those of you who don't know, The Big Rumble is an earthquake preparedness event. This year we are commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Loma Prieta earthquake with live music, kids activities, disaster preparedness trainings, etc. St. John Event Production went the whole 9 yards on our kickoff.
Michelle and her team created a fantastic display under a plexi-glass box that looked like an earthquake had hit a china cabinet! I know it sounds a little zany....but they couldn't have made it more tasteful and charming. It was the talking point of the evening!
Aside from the fantastic display, the food was to die for. I'm talking wild mushroom tartlets, caviar salads, Mediterranean platters, (my favorite) chicken salad wraps with guacamole, samosas with savory pear chutney, and so much more!
Their staff was incredibly reliable, friendly, and accommodating. They attended every walk through, were on top of their paperwork (sooo important with City Hall), and on the night of the event, everyone was professional and friendly.

Our prices are unbelievable, our food is fresh, creative and everything tastes great. We are 5 star Caterers at affordable prices. We are not the least expensive catering company; however, for all that we provide, we are the most affordable of the Upscale Catering Companies in the Bay Area. We have figured out how to offer this to you without costing you a fortune and continuing to keep our 37 year career strong.
We offer full service weddings that start as low as $55.00-$85.00 per person compared to $80.00 -$125 from other catering companies. This is inclusive pricing, excluding sales tax. We also offer partial service weddings for as low as $40.00 per person.
